AMY WINEHOUSE STATUE IN LONDON

Statue of Amy Winehouse in Stables Market, Camden Town, London near where she lived in Camden. Her father Mitch was photographed with the statue. It shows her with her short skirt, bare arms and huge hairdo.
Photo is in Metro newspaper page 11 today Sept 15 2014.
Singer-songwriter Amy lived 14 Sept 1983-23 July 2011. Her debut album Frank was named after Frank Sinatra who had inspired her. Her beehive hairdo and elongated black mascara 'Cleopatra' eyes were inspired by the girl singing group the Ronettes.

You might like to read the book Amy my daughter by her father Mitch Winehouse HarperCollinsPublishers

A search on the internet will show you lyrics from her songs such as Back To Black, where to buy her  CDs, pictures and videos of her on stage in London with her backing group, worldwide, and at events such as Glastonbury and several are on YouTube.

I keep my cuttings about Amy inside the cover of the book I bought.
