Millionaire's dessert - because only millionaires can afford to have the pre-dinner drinks in the bar plus meals plus wines plus coffee plus service. 

With a millionaire's dessert I would expect gold leaf or silver leaf which used to be the fashion in Indian restaurants. Have they banned this ingredient yet?

I once had a millionaire's cocktail at Raffles in Singapore and that really was delicious.




The amuse bouche was chocolate dip and stiff biscuit.

The real millionaire's dessert is the ice cream made with a mist from a cart.
