Fascinated by twins? See them at this restaurant in Moscow, or in New York

A restaurant in Russia has hired sets of twins, inspired by an early film, in an effort to attract more business. If you are a twin, this would be a fun place to go. I presume they allow you to take photos and even encourage it.

The Daily Mail pictures two sets of twins, blonde and brunette. They wear matching outfits. How do you tell them apart? Any name badges?

I hope there aren't any mix-ups, such as:
"I ordered a drink from you."
"No you didn't."
"There's your drink."
"Oh, dear - now I've got two drinks!"

Where is it? Moscow.

  • New York twins restaurant, run by twins, and gives two for one drinks to twins who are customers.
If you don't have a twin, you could look for a lookalike. A website which charges a fee will put out your picture and appeal for your lookalike twin or in German d o p p e l g a n g er to contact you. (Spaces inserted to evade predictive text which wants to insert the word banger.)

Cities and small towns in England are twinned with others in France and Germany. Once a year the Council members of Harrow visit their counterparts overseas. (You can halve costs by going away one year and staying home to entertain the next year.)

Maybe the twins restaurants should twin with each other.
