I missed the cartoon festival in Shrewsbury this year. I read about it on the BBC website after the event. So now I'm going to plan to see it or watch it on line next year. It is in a weekend in April every year. Several events and exhibitions are free. Some of the talks with speakers in hired halls charge an admission fee. Shrewsbury is in the West near Wales. The festival has a Facebook page.
