Future Travel: plans, packing clothes, storage, renting rooms and more from me

You could also have instant photo of contents of items in each section (stores in boxes or units the size of microwave ovens). Then if you want to sell the contents, eg if you are moving house, downsizing or need the money, or no longer collect, you could simply sell to another collector or buyer in your block of 1000 flats (or worldwide). They send the money and you send them the key to retrieving the box. Just as wine bottles are left in central storage and don't pay VAT until the seller delivers to the buyer, and

Delayed Delivery
Amazon delivers worldwide, you could order a wedding dress but only get it delivered when you marry, keep wine glasses in central storage, you could also share things such as books, records, glasses for parties, shop or community centre or condo complex stocks of wine glasses delivered free to residents.

Insurance
Then one general insurance covers everybody for damage or replacement or loss.

Food Storage
Underground and central storage and insurance could also be done for foods kept in underground fridges for the whole building. you could have turkeys delivered on Christmas day automatically, not taking up space at home. Reduce the size and space of your fridge. Just like cellars in houses in the old days, one big cellar for the entire complex.

Balconies
Balconies should have three window boxes, one for fruit, one for vegetables and one for flowers. A year's contract feeds them all from a central water system using rainwater and tanks. Leftovers can be sold to neighbours, given to charity or the homeless, sold on the open market to subside your own rent.

Garden Plan
Any property sold should come with a garden plan showing what vegetables, fruit and flowers can be grown in that climate with that aspect (north or south, sunny or shade, dry or wet, sheltered or windy). Government loans could be given to delivery of a complete garden which grows food.

Spare room with Separate Front Door
A small entry room with an adjoining door and shower/toilet could be used by visitors who would have their own key but not access to your entire flat except when you are there. The tiny studio room (either empty expect for bed table chair and a picture and mirror could be let out by the flat owner when not resident to overseas visitors, or let out as premium room with towels and toiletries and fresh flowers and wine, silk pillowcases and choice of one of four colour schemes like a miniature five star hotel room.

Travel Plans
Every traveller should have travel plans on file. Their profile would include food allergies, diet, countries visited, favourite hotels etc. They would then be sent suitable travel and holiday suggestions.

They should register their planned routes on a central base. Plus second choices and wish lists. Road queues could be cut by diverting travellers to alternative designations offering discounts.

Travel companies and airlines and other modes of transport such as ferries should be asked to send packing suggestions.

Frequently needed items should be stocked by shops at destinations to cut down load on airplanes and reduce luggage enabling travellers to fly and buy (clothes at the destination). So you can pay £10 for a fly and buy clothe and footwear allowance which allows you to buy, for example, £15 of goods or £20 of hire goods. This is done already for ski hire in some places. But if it becomes standard or mandatory, you could travel to a destination and have a swimsuit in your size, rent it, or buy it and leave it behind until your next trip, or donate it to charity, or sell it, or hire it to others.

Housing
Houses should be designed like hotel rooms which have adjoining doors which can be locked or opened. So neighbours or relatives can live separately but open the door to check on children, reduce somebody in the case of attack or fire. Separate if divorcing or when children get married. Buy the flat or a neighbour who goes overseas or dies.  No need to imply removers, Just slide in or carry in your stuff. Once a year the whole floor or two neighbours or the entire block can open the doors and open house for a big party.

You could make the spare room at the front of each house adjoin with the neighbour's spare room. So if you get married and have several overseas visitors, all related, you can borrow or rent the neighbour's spare rooms, making one big of long set or three rooms for your related visitors.

Employee Me
If somebody will pay me I can come up with umpteen ideas. I am a creative.
