Chinese New Year Sights

Problem
Where do you find events in other countries which you have missed?

Answers
BBC i-player
YouTube
blogs
Links in newspapers from the news pages of countries where the event happened on the day of the event or the weekend afterwards in the Sunday papers of that region or worldwide
Local news channels on TV in your second home or hotel bedroom or the host family you are visiting (they may want to watch but think you, their visitor, would feel insulted if they preferred watching TV to talking to you.
If you've missed this year's celebrations, or they are not yet up on YouTube, you may be able to watch a previous year's event.
You can also look in your or other people's posts on New Year's Day in UK, or Chinese New Year, on Facebook.

Stories
I watched New Year's Eve fireworks around the world on TV at a New Year's eve party in London. The hosts did not want to put on the TV, but the guests asked to watch it.
