Is Your Name Or Blog Post Copyright?

Problems
1 You want to protect words you publish and create.
2 You want to avoid action taken by others if you quote them.

Answers
Copyright varies from country to country.
A title is not copyright. I can write a book called Winston Churchill or How To Bake Bread and so can you. The author's name will help readers find the correct book, and so will the ISBN number.

Stories
If you record yourself playing a piece of music on the flute and load it up to YouTube and that music is not out of copyright YouTube is likely to recognise the tune with it matching system and bloc access, sending you a message saying whey the have done it.

Tips
Here's a link to the US copyright website:

Wikipedia has sections regarding copyright.
Look up intellectual property and FAQ.
