Answers
I found the answer before I found the question. What to see in Serbia is the Tesla Museum.
I have an old list of homes of the famous worldwide. I have just added the Tesla Museum in Serbia.

DIET - restricted
Vegetarian: India, especially south India
Halal- Moslem countries or countries or cities with many Halal restaurants
Kosher - Israel, cruise ships offering festival events
No beef - India
No pork - Moslem and Jewish countries and areas
No lamb - Asian countries
Jewish style: Jewish museums - also to avoid pork pick Halal restaurants but they may serve shellfish

ALLERGIES
UK requires restaurant menus to state food ingredients or to ask customers to reveal their allergies to members of staff
Shellfish allergy - kosher restaurants; kosher food on planes; vegetarian menus but be aware that kitchens may have contaminated work surfaces, utensils or pans with contaminate oil traces

DIET & DRINK PREFERENCE
Fish/ Seafood - islands and coastal resorts; Indonesia and Malaysia have prawns in soup and rice and curries; fish head curry is a speciality of Indian restaurants in Singapore; carp soup and carp are the Xmas eve dishes in Prague and the Czech republic
Seafood festivals - I went to one in Cromer on the coast in England (see my post)
Pork: Chinese countries and areas: China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Chinatowns in Vancouver, London, England
Ham - Parma ham from the factory of that name in the city of that name in Italy. I went on a factory tour when I was on a press trip to Italy.
Pizza - Italy; USA
Cheese - France and French restaurants and French former colonies
Wine - USA, France, Spain; Italy (I did a tour of italian wineries in Umbria on a press trip in 2016 - see my previous posts); NZ and many more
Whisky - Scotland
GUINNESS - Ireland
CHOCOLATE - factory/museum tours: USA; Hershey: UK: Cadbury factory tour; chocolate festivals in London; chocolate shops offering free tastings in Prague, Czech Republic; Belgium; Switzerland Alprose factory; and many more
Beef - UK, Sunday roasts in carvery chains and large hotels
Pineapple - Hawaii factory tour
