What do you say to the member of staff you meet on the path in Singapore?
Answer
"Have you seen the monkey?"
He answers enthusiastically:
"Cannot catch. Monkey very clever. Cannot kill. Government catch three families. One got away."
A bystander says afterwards: "He can't catch it. The government can."
Except for one.
