Answer
British - American
dinner lady - school lunch supervisor
footpath, pavement - sidewalk
pavement - sidewalk
tearaway - wild

American
pavement - roadway, tarmac (paved road)
school lunch supervisor - dinner lady
sidewalk - footpath, pavement
wild - tearaway
