Multilingual clubs on Meetup

Problem
I am learning several languages on Duo lingo because I start a new language every time I plan a trip, even if it is a year ahead (in fact you want to start learning a year ahead). I can't join a new group every time I switch to a new language. I'd like to be in an online or at home multi-lingual club. What are the options?

SINGAPORE
