Kazakstan has changed from Cyrillic to Latin alphabet - who else uses which alphabet?

Kazakhstan is a country in central Asia, the largest of the stans, richest, Muslim and what about the alphabet? You might want to travel to visit a country just the same as home, nearby, or far away and completely different. If it's too far, too expensive, or too different, you might still be interested in reading about it on the internet. Yes, what about the alphabet?

Problem
I am struggling to learn the Cyrillic alphabet used in Russia. Which countries use which alphabet?

Some countries have signs in another second language.

Latin Alphabet
Kazakstan (or spell it Kazakhstan)
Romania
Turkmenistan
Plus English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese in Portugal, Madeira and Brazil, Spanish in Spain and S America, UK including Scotland and Wales and USA.

Cyrillic Alphabet

Russia
Ukraine

Among others, Cyrillic is the standard script for writing the following languages:

The Cyrillic script has also been used for languages of Alaska,^[19] Slavic Europe(except for Western Slavic and some Southern Slavic), the Caucasus, Siberia, and the Russian Far East.
