A week after an event you cannot remember the names of people.
Answer
I like to send photos out as soon as I get home. I have the photos at the end of my bank of photos. I have the agenda of the meeting in my bag handy so I can check names. No other event or crisis has taken over. People can still rmember me and I can remember them. I get in first before other photographers.
I make sure my name as photographer is included.
I note any VIP position, such as president of another club.
