Best Farm Food? British. Best farm visits? Australia.

Broad Oak Farm Sausages
I tried a teeny slice of sausage from the stand of Broad Oak Farm, at ProWine Asia exhibition at Expo in Singapore. The sausage was so good I snaked back past and took a second piece. Highly recommended. Tasty. Just the right amount of meat and more.

Afterwards I looked at their leaflet and business card and saw that it features a broad oak tree.

If you are looking for sausages for a deli pub or restaurant, their sausages are great.

But what if you want to visit a farm? Most countries have a system for farm visits or farm stays. In Europe there are farms and petting animals corner in London, England.

Wales
More farm visits and farm holidays in Wales.

Italy
Stay on small farms in Umbria in Italy and learn about growing herbs and making dried flower arrangement and cooking with herbs. The agrotourism association will find you a room in a guesthouse.

Singapore
In Singapore I went to a crocodile farm - have they banned them now? They grow salads in the air.

In Singapore at ProWine Asia, Australia was advertising a collective website which looks really handy. Australian tours from Sydney take you past Granny Smith Apples' origin, places for sheep shearing in season, up close to a koala, for a photo, so cute, but mind the claws digging into your shoulders.
