Plaque explaining the holes in Dali's sculpture Homage to Newton

I read it two days later. Vital to understanding the Dali sculpture.

The message is relevant to Sir Isaac Newton in the 17th century, to Dali in 1985, and to everybody today.

A few yards to the right, on the riverside, is a squat and solid bird, also with a hole through the middle of the sculpture. See my previous posts.
