In the UK you can find recipes in Waitrose supermarkets. Look for them by the entrance or ask a member of staff.
My favourites are the laminated ones because I can carry them home confident that they won't have got crumpled in a bag or pocket.
Recycling Recipe Cards
If you don't want clutter at home you could read them over lunch or tea or coffee, note the ingredients and put your spare recipes back on the rack after taking a photograph of your favourite.

You could also save a collection of simple recipes.

Or simplify them.for a student or a relative travelling overseas so they can cook a reminder of home or serve suitable food for a theme evening for a seasonal meal or account of their travels.
