Problem
Who is eligible for the free Singapore tour?

Answers
Not available for residents nor people on a holiday or business trip. Only for transit passengers - presumably to make you want to come back and fill in a long boring stopover.

You need a minimum of about 5 hours because the tour itself is about two and a half hours.

You must be staying less than 24 hours.

Who is running it?  The airlines and tourist board jointly.
The current availability is only until March 2019 but they are likely to extend it.

Anything I need to know in advance?

Check your length of stopover, airline, visa, and which tour your prefer because you an only take one.

Is it only Singapore airlines? No, Singapore Airlines, Silkair and some New Zealand flights, quite complicated, especially if you are changing airlines, depending on who you are flying in with and who you are flying out with. Check the website.

The two tours are heritage and sights, roughly ancient or modern.
