Bendicks chocolates sent from England

Flag of the UK. With Brexit being discussed, and Scotland wanting to be different, the flag which combines the red cross of England with the crosses of  Wales and Scotland might change the union Jack which was on the cardboard packing box containing the chocolate boxes.

Bittermints
'Bendicks Bittermints were created in 1931 by Mr Benson's sister-in-law Lucia Benson, says their box. They also tell you, that the name Bendick combines the surnames of Oscar Benson and Colonel Bertie Dickson who founded the business in 1930. These are thick round chocolate mints with a green foil cover.

Ordering From Overseas
You can order the chocolates to be sent to Singapore.

Even after you have finished the chocolates, the chocolate aroma stays in the box and gives a heady dose of aromatherapy.

These chocolates were sent to Singapore.

A taste of little old England. Although the box I am looking at says Made in Germany.

They would keep until February 2019. But they were not kept until then. In November 2018 the boxes were already empty.
