All Things Norwegian and Ibsen's Wild Duck

Ibsen was a fascinating author, of Danish ancestry. The name Ibsen is a patronymic, meaning it incorporates the father's name, meaning son (sen) of Ib, which is the short Scandinavian version of Jacob.

Do you see the Scandinavians as one inter-related group? the Scandinavians are Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
