Dreaming of a White Christmas in Singapore? Yes, you can.

I thought it was crazy to put a sign, Let It Snow, on a condo in Singapore.

Then I discovered that Singapore has invested in the hotel in California which claims to be where Irving Berlin wrote, I'm dreaming of a white Christmas.

I recalled reading about artificial snow in Singapore.

Here are some places in Singapore and elsewhere to go and see snow. In Singapore there's a complex called Snow City run by Sportquest. They offer skiing and snowboarding lessons. Where? West, Jurong Road. Last admission 5 pm and 6 pm on public holidays.

I hope I have made your dreams come true.

Singapore has Christmas trees, green or white or other colours, in many shopping malls and hotels.

More indoor ski slopes are in England, where we do have snow, but not every day all winter (unlike many ski resorts in Europe, the USA and Canada. Also Scotland.

We have visited the Snow Centre in Hemel Hempstead several times. It has the usual things you would expect, hire of equipment, lessons, a cafeteria and seating by windows overlooking the slope for non-skiers and those in your family or group who are not skiing just watching or who finish earlier.
