Hotel chair too low to type? Here's the solution!

In a hotel in Wales, my bedroom chair was too low for me to type on my laptop at the desk.

I asked the two girls who were cleaning the room if they had any higher chairs. They said, "all the chairs are the same, same neight."

I said, "Do you have a cushion? Oh - there's one on the bed!"

"Yes," they said. "Or use the pillows."

The two cushions from the twin beds were just right. I sat on one cushion. I used the other as a backrest. It moved me forward so I was not slumping in the seat. Perfect.

A good tip to remember in any hotel when the chairs or armchairs are two deep, back to front, or the seats are too low. Problem solved.
