Paddington Station's Statues, Paddington Bear and Brunel and The Romantic Lovers' Meeting

Paddington Bear

A bronze statue of Paddington Bear. Paddington wears a hat, has a label around his neck and sits on a suitcase.

Brunel
See the statue of Brunel seated. You can capture the recording. Check the plaque on the pedestal.

Upstairs are statues of the lovers. I thought they were saying goodbye. But it seems they are saying hello because the statue is called The Meeting Place. Bronze statue by Paul Day modelled on himself and his wife.

Meeting statue on Paddington station.

I call it  The Lovers, and Paddington station has been named by Lonely Planet as the most romantic place because of this statue. You won't feel lonely looking at the statue.
