Agree To Disagree - About Reviews Of Hotels And Restaurants and Destinations

Agree to disagree. When you read a review of a holiday destination, or even recall a hotel where you stayed, you might disagree with the reviewer, or even your own family.

I remember my late in-laws discussing a hotel where they had recently stayed. I asked, "Would you recommend that we go there?"
Pearly said, "Yes. There was nothing wrong with it."
However, her husband retorted, "No. There was nothing right with it!"

On Tripadvisor I like to read the reviews, the five star and the one star. Sometimes the one star review has the reverse affect to the one the reviewer intended. If they complain that children were not welcome, and I am looking for a quiet, romantic place, I might decide that the hotel suits me perfectly. The reverse would also apply.
