Tanglin Birthday Lunch in the Churchill Room Restaurant: guéridon Caesar salad

Excellent lunch.

I love the napkin with the buttonhole so you can attach it to a blouse. Glass of Prosecco. Freshly squeezed mixed fruit juice, orange, carrot and watermelon.

Caesar salad prepared by the table. The menu says the French word guéridon, meaning tableside cooking or serving from a trolley. A gueridon was originally a small static table.

The Tanglin Club provided the candle on the dessert. I mad the badge, covering a large pin on badge with paper and drawing on it the word birthday.

Dessert.

Teeny real leaves.

Coffee. Wonderful white milk jug shaped like a flying bird. Brown sugar.

The dinner menu is different.

When I click onto Tripadvisor it shows me the last review I wrote of this place.
