When Flying, Prepare for Flies and First Aid, Mosquitos, Repellent

 I got bitten. In the garden. London, England. 

Do I need a nurse, doctor, ambulance, A and E appointment? Probably just trip to the chemis\s (Americans say pharmacy) (in the UK we say chemists). 

I looked up the home remedies. I could apply ice - but not for too long. In Singapore I could have used aloe vera which we have growing on our balcony.
