Kaya - gluten free and so Singaporean

Kaya is so Singaporean, a kind of sugared egg curd spread, like peanut butter, everybody knows you should not eat it but everybody loves it. A favourite breakfast food, kaya on toast, in every hawker centre.

Kayamila, coconut Kaya Spread, comes in assorted flavours, Original, Vanilla Pandan, Se-salt caramel, Calamansi citrus.
