Rice is nice but there's no food as filling and satisfying as potato. I stopped at the Campbell's soup stand when I saw the words potato soup. Every bit as satisfying as I expected and not the least bit synthetic. Like Heinz baked beans and Coca Cola, sometimes the big boys just get it right.
I sampled it in Singapore at the food fair for the trade.
