Great Train Toilets and New Toilet Design

GWR train toilet. Photo by Angela Lansbury. Copyright.

What was good? Firstly the size.

Secondly the bar which comes down and goes up next to the toilet.

Thirdly the full length mirror.

What was not so good.

The toilet is too close to the hand dryer. When you lean towards the hand dryer, to the right of the basin, your skirt or trousers (Americans say pants) or your coat brush against the pedestal and seat of the toilet.

However, all in all, a great improvement.
What else did I like?
The plugs between seats for mobiles and laptops.

The GWR train from Paddington can take you to Reading (university town), Swindon, Cardiff,  Swansea. From Swansea you can take the train Fishguard and Goodwick. Goodwick in the harbourside where pedestrians and cars and driver can passengers can catch the ferry across to Rosslare in Ireland.
