How To Use Canva to create Posters, Announce events, As a Zoom Background

I had a private lesson on using Canva to promote Braddell Heights Advanced speakers club, which has its inauguration of the new team shortly. (I am the outgoing President and incoming Vice President of Public Raltions.) I was helped by a member of Tampines Changkat Advanced, of which I am also a member. (I was also Area Director of area S3 until July 1st when new teams take over.)

I am writing this post as both a reminder to myself and because it might help you.

A New Canva Account
I was shown how to log in and set up an account. If you are a business and have a marketing budget then it is worthile giving them a credit card and taking the one month free trial for the professional version and going on to allow renewal at the end of the month. However, if you are retired or unemployed or job hutning on a low budget you might prefer to log in to the free version, also if you are non technical to keep things simpler until you want the more comprehensive version.

If you are choosing to go onto Facebook, you can choose a Facebook template. That has the right size.
