ayam - chicken

bagasi - luggage (like bag and bassage)

besar - big

buku - book

daging - meat

goreng - fried

ikan - fish

ikan bilis - teeny fish, smaller than whitebait, used as a garnish

kash - cash

kue - cake

mangga - mango
