Milk rice
my culinary discovery was milk rice, served in a diamond shape. I also tried hard biscuits, soft cake and spicy beef.
For aromas, try the local eqivalent of Singapore's Tiger Balm. Called Siddhalepa herbal ayervedic Balm in a tiny pocket size container.
