For a club Xmas party we had an excellent magician, a member of the Magic Circle I believe. I was impressed by his ability to riffle a pack of cards like a waterfall. And his sleight of hand.
His patter holding the audience's attention was excellent. Even though I sat right in front of him and guessed what he must be doing I didn't spot him doing it.
I guessed that while he exchanged banter with members of the audience, or asked them to do something, we were distracted so he could move something. Yet each time it was irresistible to look at the member of the audience. Well done. Highly recommended.
