I found the sparkling like sparkling wine with subtle flavour.
Regular, more expected. Okay.
The lemon like lemoncello.
My favourite was the last sweet sake. It is plum sake.
Why the brand name Akashi-tai. Akashi is a placename from Japan, a city tai is a sea breeze. Their logo shows the sea breeze in red, a feature of the fishing city.
