If you like to chill with chili this for you. Some Indians prefer hot drinks in hot weather, claiming that hot drinks make you perspire and cool you down.
My Chinese friends from Singapore say cold drinks are a shock to the system. When you ask for tap water in Singapore at the Tanglin Club, the drinks server always asks, 'Cold or warm water?'
Here in London at BCB, the alcoholic drinks are served with containers in ice, or contents poured over ice. Cool!
