Tasty, and refreshing. Buy on Amazon.
You can have it with ice, or sparkling water or soda water.
From amazon.com
Marie Brizard in France in 1755 started the business.
She had to use a man's name, for legal reasons.
She started with anisette, aniseed liqueur. Nowadays you can buy more than 50 different liqueurs and syrups.
All natural ingredients. Nothing added later.
My favourite was the apricot. Very moreish. The French word on the bottle is Apri. 20.5% alcohol. Go steady. Add ginger ale. But then you risk losing the lovely apricot, and tasting ginger ale.
Framboise, is raspberry, very sweet. 15%. You can read that on the label.
The fraise is strawberry. To me it tasted farmhouse. Which proves I am discriminating. Not liking everything. Your views may be diffeerent. I suggest you try several.
If you already in the business, running a restaurant, a sommelier or big buyer, go to the
Year's big Berlin show, BCB, Bar Convent Berlin, in October 2025, and we hope every year.
