Food Tasting & Testing
I had to pass on tasting the prawns pairing as I have an allergy to shellfish. However, I got feedback from my husband Trevor Sharot who has WSET level 4 diploma, and is wine educator, jointly runs a wine tasting group in central London and a fine wine lunch group meeting in London Restaurants. Poached Pear
All the savoury dishes were good. But my most memorable combination was the poached pear, which I matched with the sweet wine.
