When I am in London I often visit one of the indoor shopping malls. If you look at the forecast and see rain, that's the place to go. Crossing the road from Watford High Street station it is a few steps to the ground floor of Boots. This leads you into the Intu shopping mall. On the upper floor of shops is the information counter where you frequently find free fortune cookies. Sometimes they have an appropriate shopping message such as this one.
