Japanese toilets in Singapore - where to see and try them

The flush was too feeble on this toilet, but I've tried several other toilets this style in Singapore which worked well. For example, at the National University Hospital, which has a food court open to the public and nearby toilets. (Next to Kent Ridge MRT train station.)

What should happen. First read the instructions on the lid. Then looks at the knobs. You sit on the toilet. With your right hand you rotate the knobs which are on the left of the picture of the toilet. One knob operates the force of the flow.
