Finchcocks Musical Museum and Cellar Restaurant, and Tunbridge Wells
Friends who live in East Sussex have told me about the musical museum in their area and I just looked at the website. It's on my list of places to visit. If you have time, or don't have time, look at the website to see and hear the musical instruments being played.
You could combine a visit with a walking tour of Tunbridge Wells, and/or a visit to Pashley Manor Gardens.
Tunbridge Wells has wine tastings at The Secret Cellar wine shop.
The cellar restaurant, according to the pretty pictures, has unusual vaulted ceilings.
