What to see and do at Changi Airport, Singapore

Problem
I might miss something. What should I do?

1 Make a note of the facts about the giant statues in arrivals in case you need to label a photo.
Terminal 3 South Arrival Immigration Hall.
Going Home sculpture by Chinese artist Han Meilin.
Father, mother, child and flock of birds. Made of steel, bronze and gold.

As you drive into the city, notice the flowers on the bridges. You might pass the building of the new terminal 5.

2 On departure:
1 Leave an extra half hour to visit the Butterfly garden which is on two floors with a one-way system.
2 Notice Terminal 3 transit lounge wall mural sculpture of Birds In Flight by Baet Yeok Kuan.
Allow time if you need or wish to visit another terminal, linked by the railway.
3 Terminal 2 departure hall. Lego mural. 115,200 pieces of lego assembled by a team who spent 150 hours building it.

What Plane Am I Boarding?
In Economy you could be on:
A350-900
A380-800 (Suites Exclusive to Singapore Airlines have leather seats and flat beds.)
A300-300
777-300ER.

In Premium Economy you should get Champagne and noise cancelling headphones.

On board:
Who's looking after you? The airlines' uniforms were designed by Balmain. They have four different colours backgrounds for the female uniforms, four colours of stripes for the males.

The ladies' flowers are on dark blue background for is the flight stewardess. Green is a leading Stewardess. Red is the Chief Stewardess. Purple is the Inflight manager.

The male colours are similar. Blue for the flight steward, green for the leading steward, Red for the chief, and purple for the Inflight manager.

The back of your Singapore airlines magazine will tell you distances from Singapore to your destinations.
From Singapore to London is 6,761 miles in 14.10/12.55 hours.
From Singapore to New York JFK 9,533 miles 24.20/21.35 hours.
Your speed in both directions is affected by weather.
Happy landing!
