The restaurant had a Michelin rating so we booked it for a birthday meal.
I wanted special souvenir photos. I saw another table had Champagne, but it was visually boring. So I asked if they had cocktails with sliced fruit and paper umbrellas. No paper umbrellas, so I opted for a pink cocktail and received a slice of fruit.
The beef cheek was perfect, soft and tasty.
The dessert of violet sorbet flavour pleased the birthday boy although I thought French violet ice cream we had last year in France had had a stronger flavour.
I had told them it was a birthday but we reached coffee and nothing had happened.
I asked what they were planning to do.
Usually nothing.
I expressed surprise. Usually in Lonfon almost every Italian restaurant or restaurant chain plays happy birthday and brings a free slice of chocolate cake or dessert with a lit candle and the words Happy birthday written in chocolate.

Parking
