I started researching the monuments and museums in Odessa and came across the Jewish Museum and looked for famous Jewish characters. I found Isaac Babel and Sholom Aleichem, hence this blog post.
Jewish Museum
Monument to Isaac Babel, showing him seated, opposite where he lived. He was the author of 'Tales of Odessa' and 'Red Cavalry'. The monument is on the corner of Rishelyevskaya and Chukovskaya streets in Odessa.
