I often get invitations to meetings in other countries. Most clubs send links from other countries. But the club or organization doesn't necessarily tell you the time in your zone. However, one club, in Korea, sent a link to the time and date website.
How to remember?
When Kennedy was assassinated in the USA, in the afternoon, my family watched the news in the evening in the UK.
When the New Year's eve celebrations take place, they start in the East, Australia and New Zealand, and move across Asia including Singapore, then to Europe.
A Toastmasters club meeting in the evening of Sunday in Newfoundland, Canada, is first thing in the morning in Singapore.
If you want people from around the world to join your meetings, check their time zone and tell them how their time zone relates to theirs.
