The business has a restaurant, a farm, cheeses, cookery classes, and b and b at the farm. In other words, a uniquely Sardinian product, using that grape.

The wines come from Gonnostramatza, a small village astride a river, whose two banks of the large part and the smaller part are linked by three bridges.
