In Chinese er can mean two, ear or child, depending on the pronunciation, as well as the context.

I already knew er is two.
yi er san shi = Japanese or Chinese for one, two, three four?
1 2 3 4

Let me check.

Google Translate
Do does google translate. If you lose the translation from the Chinese into your own alphabet scroll down the screen. If you type in several words the whole lot appear in the Chinese writing and the pinyin which is readable translation into English alphabet is all at the end.
