Kyoto is a city in Japan but Kiyoto is a boy's name which means precious, clear, or noble. The restaurants' website says that the UK restaurants were started in 2015 by two brothers. If they have survived Covid-19 and expanded, they are doing well doing something which appeals to their customers.
I phoned their Mill Hill branch and a member of staff told me that the new Hatch End branch is likely to open in April or May. You will also be able to get details from Facebook and Instagram.
