Sue Jones welcomes you into The Harrow Restaurant while her husband Roger is busy behind the scenes in the kitchen. After lunch we were shown around the kitchen by Roger.

A soupmaker (left) and a Kenwood mixer.
I was most interested in the washing up. Two sinks for washing and rinsing the dishes. Then a machine which steam cleans them in three minutes.
A separate washer just for glassware. Very fine Riedel glasses.
