The word disposed does exist and could be used in the sentence: I was feeling ill-disposed. Not quite what was mean by the writer of this poster, but how I felt after noticing the grammar. I just gave a workshop on Improve your English. I am preparing another for businesses.
Diapers is American. The British would say nappies.

This toilet was in the Adelphi building on the corner of Coleman street, which you pass from City Hall MRT station, on your way to the National Gallery of Singapore. The lower floors of the Adelphi have shops and eating places. Upstairs, or up the lift (Americans say elevator) are offices.
What does MCST stand for? MC means Management Corporation.
