I delivered an opening speech to a Toastmasters International meeting featuring a quotation by Gandhi.

Gandhi's Quotes

• Be the change you want to see.
• Earth provides enough for every man's needs, but not every man's greed.
• You do not know who is important to you until you lose them.
• An eye for an eye will make the whole world blind.
• Happiness is when what you think, say and do are in harmony.

Attributed to Gandhi:
The customer is not an interruption of our work, he is the purpose of it. A longer version reads:

Description	Feita em bronze, a obra de Gautam Pal foi doada pela Índia como reconhecimento ao trabalho da Associação Palas Athena na divulgação do pensamento de Gandhi no Brasil. Com 1,80 de altura e 400 quilos, ficará na praça Túlio Fontoura, numa clareira de um bosque de eucaliptos, entre a Assembléia Legislativa e o parque Ibirapuera, onde será criado o Espaço Gandhi.
