Where to see a hanukiah?

Every year you can see the lighting of a giant hanukiah on the ellipse of the White House in Washington DC, USA.

The National Menorah council has helped to fund, organize and promote the lighting of menorah's at these locations:

You will see a seven branch candlestick used on the Jewish sabbath in many Jewish museums and synagogues. If you don't see a menorah standing, you might see one in a photo or an embroidery or a curtain.

I was lucky enough to be given a hanukiah and candles and a hanukah greetings card.

 If you don't have a friend or family member who will buy you a menorah or hanukiah, and you are on a budget, you can make your own from something as simple as candles set in sand in a series flowerpots. Instructions in Wikihow.
